Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be suspended without prior notice. If you are found to be ineligible at the time of registration, any winnings associated with that account may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phww login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone, and do not allow third parties to access or operate your account on your behalf. phww will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately and change your password without delay. All activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by someone using your credentials — is your responsibility.
All transactions on phww are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made through the payment channels listed on the platform, and withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. phww does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to accounts belonging to other individuals. Bets placed are final once confirmed — they cannot be cancelled or reversed after submission. Withdrawal requests are subject to the processing times and verification requirements outlined on the Withdrawal page. phww reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity or payment verification.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phww and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; attempting to exploit technical errors or glitches for financial gain; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; using fraudulent payment methods or providing false identity information; and engaging in any activity that phww reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the platform. phww monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate and act on anysuspected violation without prior notice.

We are not liable for losses arising from technical outages, connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures. phww's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Players are encouraged to review these terms periodically, as they may be updated from time to time.
